your Order

to shop in our store. You may also use the Western Union option provided
on our site. If you have any questions please contact us via email with
the products that you wish to purchase or customised for a special order.
We
will charge your card when we ship your order. Customized items and special
order items are charged as soon as your order is released for processing.
Shipping
All of the available items in your order will ship together. If you order
an item that is not available, we will ship the available portion of your
order and send other items as they become available. We will charge you
only for items that have been processed for shipping. Our shipping department
operates Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Except where otherwise
specified, shipping and delivery services are not available on Sundays
or holidays. The following services add in-house processing time to your
order: customisation, special order, back order, and manual verification
of your billing information. Shipping charges are already calculated into
the price of your items and order, sales taxes are not.
Problems with your order
Please accept our apologies if your order is not processed correctly.
Please contact us if your order does not arrive as expected. The item
might be delayed or sold out.
Please accept our apologies if the carrier did not deliver your order
promptly and in good condition. If you did not receive your order, we
ask that you check around your property, in your mailbox, and with your
neighbors to make sure that the order is not at your location.
Just
contact us if you are certain that the item was not delivered or if your
item arrived damaged. If an item is short-shipped or missing from your
order, we will do our best to correct your order as efficiently as possible.
Changing your order
You can change or cancel your order before it enters the shipping process.
Please email us within 48 hours (1 day) of your original order date and
time, if you would like to change or cancel your order. If you do not
receive a response from us by phone or email to confirm the order change,
we probably have not made the changes. We cannot change, cancel, or correct
your order in any way after it has entered our shipping process which
is roughly 72 hours or 3 days after the date and time of the original
order.
Special
Orders
We accept large quantity orders, and will provide discounts for orders
of 6 Jerseys and above.
We
welcome special orders and offer volume discounts on made-to-order Jerseys,
if you order 6 or more. For an additional charge, customization is available
on many items. If you want to have a special number or team member name
on the jersey, we can customize jerseys for you. Please email us for pricing
and discounts on your special order. We would require you to email us
to begin the special order process. We answer all our emails within 24
hours.
Sizing
The Authentic jerseys are only offered in the L and XL sizes. If your
size does not appear on the menu, we do not offer that particular size.
Due to customer requests, we are working to expand the number of XXL items.
We would love to carry everything in all sizes, but unfortunately many
items are not offered in larger sizes. All sizes we currently have in
stock are listed on our website, and follow the customary US shirt size
guide. If you have any questions about the sizing of a product, please
contact us!
Return
Policy
We offer a no-hassle return policy on most of our products.
If you have received an item in error, please contact us, so we can fix
the error and get the correct item shipped out to you. We ship all exchange
orders back to you with FREE Ground Shipping in appreciation of your business
and patience with us.
If
we sent you the wrong item in error, we will bear the shipping cost of
returning it and getting a replacement item sent to you. Return shipping
back to you is absolutely FREE to you if an error has occurred in our
processing. And we will offer a discount on your next purchase. Your return
must be in original condition, complete, and timely and within prescribed
time for us to process it. Please return merchandise within 10 working
days.
Please
be aware that your item must arrive back at our location for us to process
your return. We strongly recommend that you select a traceable, insured
return shipping method. Remember to keep your receipt and tracking number!

If
you are not in the USA, please mail us to get more information on the
return process. Regardless of your geographic location, all incorrect
orders will be replaced with the correct order, when we receive the returned
merchandise.
Exception:
ALL sales are FINAL on customised items with a name, number, icon, or
badge.
Customised items can not be returned for ANY reason. If you receive a
defective jersey, we will repair or replace it with exactly the same item
at our cost, but we will not issue a refund for the item. We will issue
the buyer a gift certificate for the purchase price, if we cannot repair
or replace it in 60 days.
What if I don't have a credit or debit card?
We also accept checks, money orders, and Western Union Quick Collect payments
payable in US dollars. Please view our Placing Orders option above for
